I'm sad because I knew Shipito for more than 4 years and noticed one day a real drop on service quality, price raises, web site bugs, very slow processing of packages, poor customer service when u contact them, they're really not efficient. It's really not what it used to be, you could tell that the workers were motivated and wanted to do a good job a few years before.

I heard it what sold ... I guess it's true, now the new owner only focus on making more money I suppose.
