Shipito is possibly the worst company to choose for handling your package forwarding in USA. In my experience they are liars, cheaters & stole my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If you want online support that just claims 'we are looking into it' but nothing happens - then choose Shipito. If you want to give your modey to a company that lies, deceives & doesn't deliver - then choose Shipito. Do your research & check the reviews - there are a LOT of unhappy victims of these scammers.

Account on hold

the shipito locked my account because i declared a low value of custom declaration and request a return label from seller and ebay web site has their own return policy. In the first why will they returned those package i have not defraud any merchant or seller. Secondly not all seller accept return on ebay if they delivered in good condition and as described.

Support Services

I'm begining to think that no humans work there since you can never get in touch with one or your call is trans. to a party who is busy & have to leave a message. Which might get ANSWERED in a week or two. or you have to jump through one hoop after another to verify your i.d. This had been going on for over 4 months. Ripped Off ZERO customer Service

Shipito lost 5 of our packages last July. We filed for a refund in August and nothing. You cannot call them, only email. They will lie to you and scam you.. and will not refund. Do NOT use this service. Run as far away as you can from this company.

Dissatisfaction with charge- Package G

Good afternoon I have a package G, I processed mail out and all charges amounted to $252. Just after making payment, I was informed that I had indicated in my declaration a dangerous item which would require a special packaging at the cost of $94. I told Shipito that I must have made a mistake as there was no such item in my package, after they have checked the package they confirmed that indeed the item was not there so I updated declaration but the $94 still appears on my bill. I cannot complete the shipping process until my bill has been updated to the initial $252 and the last $9 for storage extension

Won't stop spamming me

I signed up for the free account and then cancelled, but they won't stop spamming me despite repeatedly unsubscribing.

Hello, It can take a few weeks for you to be removed from marketing mailing lists once you unsubscibe. This is because those emails are set up to go out ahead of time.

But, I can check to make sure we have removed you from mailing lists and, that it is stopping all communication.

Lost packages and horrible customer service

Shipito has already lost 2 of my packages in the last years, a horrible performance rate considering the low volume I operate. Now, it seems that they have lost another one, a bicycle frame (so imagine how big the package is). The package was supposed to be shipped 10 days ago, a tracking number was issue, but no tracking is available, and USPS says the package have to be delivered to USPS. So it must still be in Shipito. I have issued a support ticket 5 days ago, and have received no reply until now, like if they don't have what to say about that. The lack of reply is extremely disrespectful, and the loss of a package of this size inside their building seems like they have no glue of what they are doing there.

Worst customer service / Package missing

I made two different orders with APPLE. I choose the 2-hour delivery. I was tracking both couriers on the Apple website. They arrived at the Oregon warehouse almost in the same time. The packages shown delivered with a 2 minutes difference between them. In 10 minutes I have received an email from Shipito ONLY FOR ONE of the packages. I waited 3 days and the second one was not uploaded into the account. I contacted their customers service. Of course that is a joke. They don't have a real customer service department. Only a bunch of incompetents that are opening "tickets" with your conversation with them and send it to the warehouse. If you contact them again they will do the same thing and open a new ticket and so on. I now have 5 tickets opened without any replies. They don't have a way of contacting the warehouse and see what exactly is happening. And the most important part is that you can open that kind of ticket directly from your account without their help. So basically they don't really do anything. It Is just a cover up for the company to say they offer customer service. And don't bother to try and call, the answering machine will request a code that you will not know, and they will not provide one when you ask them about that by chat. So after opening 5 tickets no one is replying, no one is telling me where is my package. And if I contact the "customer service chat"they will open a new ticket. I suppose someone took my package. I also asked them to check the cameras at the same time the first package was received, and they will see what happened. Is that easy. So you need to imagine how safe your packages are if they disappear and no one cares. I will need to contact Apple and return the first package because I don't need the items. Timing is important, but not for them. And they charge you for these services. But how I could "charge" them because of my lost time? I can't. This is not the only issue I had with them. Many years ago I had other issues and even the owner have the same attitude. They just don't care. I mean....of course the employee will behave like that if the owner of the company is doing this. I remember that one time I had 5 envelopes there and when they "consolidate" those, they put 5 envelopes in a BOX and charge $100 for that. Really? When you have 5 envelops you put them in a bigger ENVELOPE. They did that after and I paid $30. Nice job! But probably most of the other providers are the same. At least they have a better system put in place. I would not work with them. A good company is one that solve issues. They struggle with that from the beginning. Shipito, if you will take the time to reply to my issue please say what happened and not provide an email address for your clients to send another ticket". Thank you!

Hello, I've tried to reach out to Shipito for the last 2 weeks to get more information on my shipment. Each time I enter my customer number, the line is disconnected. So I keep paying blindly for the extra services. It turns out that some of the actions are done for free later. The shipment fee for my package turned out to be +150% more expensive that their calculator suggested. I'm trying to get hold of somebody to see with them if I can change something in my groupped package to reduce the costs.

If your account is new, or there are discrepancies that arise. Per our terms of service, you may be asked to validate your information. We will never hold packages indefinitely. Once the hold is removed.

We will send them out or if you can not validate your account. We do have a policy where we will release them to the original sender.

Was told by UnderU4Men in Portland that Shipto has to handle return of wrong order shipped to me in error, but I can't reach anyone in customer service - even when I call well within hours of operation. This was my first experience using Shipto.
