If your account is new, or there are discrepancies that arise. Per our terms of service, you may be asked to validate your information. We will never hold packages indefinitely. Once the hold is removed.

We will send them out or if you can not validate your account. We do have a policy where we will release them to the original sender.

Hello, I've tried to reach out to Shipito for the last 2 weeks to get more information on my shipment. Each time I enter my customer number, the line is disconnected. So I keep paying blindly for the extra services. It turns out that some of the actions are done for free later. The shipment fee for my package turned out to be +150% more expensive that their calculator suggested. I'm trying to get hold of somebody to see with them if I can change something in my groupped package to reduce the costs.

User's recommendation: avoid the company for complex packages or if you don't like not to get answers to your questions.

Was told by UnderU4Men in Portland that Shipto has to handle return of wrong order shipped to me in error, but I can't reach anyone in customer service - even when I call well within hours of operation. This was my first experience using Shipto.

International shipping problem 0

I was able to be in touch with them and they did fix my problem the best that they could given the situation. what we ended up doing was changing the shipping address from my daughter's home address to her workplace and it's going out next week as she is away on vacation for her birthday. Thanks again for this site I'm definitely keeping it in mind with other things I encounter at businesses.

NEVER USE THIS CRIMINAL SERVICE

What a crooked company. They blocked my account and provided no reason whatsoever, then proceeded to ask for VERY PERSONAL INFORMATION, such as multiple ID photos and multiple credit cards statements. And they INSISTED IN NOT TELLING ME THE REASON. I provided the information requested and guess what? They still haven’t unlocked my account! Their customer service is inefficient and morose, almost like they are trying to steal the dozens of packages I have with them. Seriously, DO NOT use this service.

Hello, Whenever an account is placed on hold. It is usually due to some kind of fraud that has taken place.

Shipito has a ZERO tolerance policy for this kind of thing. If a merchant reports being defrauded by a Shipito client, you use fraudulent payment methods on your Shipito account, or false information to sign up for service. We will ask you per our terms of service to validate your account. This is a reasonable request since fraud happens quite often in shipping companies.

When you sign up part of the user agreement is that you will not commit acts of fraud and will validate your account upon request.

If you are able to do so then, we do remove the hold on the account. Otherwise, accounts suspected of fraud are closed.

DO NOT SHIP TO THIS ADDRESS

In December I sold a laptop on the Letgo mobile app marketplace and was scammed into thinking the buyer paid for the item using a fraudulent Western Union service. The emails and correspondence with the fraudulent WU looked very legit - BEWARE! The buyer used the Shipito warehouse in Hawthorne, CA as an address to send to, and unfortunately I did not check the address online before sending. I thought it was a residence when sending. DO NOT SHIP TO: Joanna Mccalla 3501 Jack Northrop Ave, Suite AIM141 Hawthorne, CA 90250 I am hoping Shipito will do all they can to help resolve this issue as I am now out $600 for the laptop.

This account has been placed under review. Unfortunately, we do have people who use our services for fraud.

We do our best to catch them, and we catch most of them, but some still slip through the cracks. As soon as there is any suspicion of fraud they are required to complete a security review to prove they are who they say.

They are also scamming us so we stop them as best as we can. If you can send us the names and addresses of people doing it we can shut them down.

Avoid like the plague. Scammed me worth of £1000 of packages, locked my account and stole my parcels. Same thing happens to hundreds of other people, they've plagued review sites with 100's of reviews and the real ones end up getting deleted because they don't want bad reputation so they can steal other customers parcels. Awful customer service (takes 20+ days for a reply), expensive hidden charges, will end up committing fraud with your ID's if they ask for you to give it.

Unforutanly we have people use us for fraud. If there is any suspicious activity on an account we put it through a review to confirm the person is not scamming other companies.

That is the only time we will ask for ID.

When an account is deemed fraud we close it and do our best to return the items to the merchant. We do not tolerate fraud.

They are thieves, use another service.

They "disposed" (aka stole) my more than $500 parcel without my consent and then had the nerve to charge a disposal fee of $106. I asked them to extend the storage period but they ignored my message and "disposed" it on the next day, saying once the package is "disposed of" there is no way to retrieve that package. But when I asked what disposing actually meant in that context, I was suddenly talking against a brick wall with copy-paste answers. I kept asking where my package went several times and even offered to buy it back if one of the employees took it as a "present", I practically begged for any hint where I could buy my items back, but the only more information I got was that once the package gets "disposed of" it leaves the warehouse !!AS IF!! it was trashed. I know the customer service is not at fault and I figure they are permitted to share certain information but this practice is unacceptable. It is theft. For more insight, look at the critique on the indeed page of Shipito-LLC. I strongly encourage everyone with similar experiences to be vocal on all social media about the fraud or take legal action if they can. If you need their headquarter addresses, you will find them googling "Shipito-LLC". I am extremely upset and not confident I will get any kind of voluntary compensation from Shipito, so in conclusion: Only trust them with your packages if you're 100% content with it getting stolen at any chance that arises. If you choose a cheap shipping method, they'll just take it and claim they lost it or disposed it like they did with mine. Don't be fooled by the positive replies, because they are most likely bought.Do

Hello, When a package expires, we give customers up to 30 days to extend storage time on it. If it has gone over the 30 days and, they contact us later.

We can not guarantee the package can be restored. We remove the packages form our facility as agreed in our terms of service if not renewed within 30 days or, extended. We made many attempts in this case to locate the package. When it is removed it may be disposed of this was made clear to the customer in the many chats our customer service had.

We do investigate all reports of theft. We do not *** employee theft of any kind.

Truthfully, I am difficult, but Shipito has been very good for the last few years, my shipping fees are nearing the five figures and honestly, no problems. When there are smaller issues they are quite responsive! Elijah is very helpful, always on point for me.

Hi name is Maria Santos and someone hacked my Ebay account to purchased 3 Nike shoes, one the order was approved, the scammer requested for the orders to be sent to to a different address saying that it was for a gift to Alex MoKarov to your ShipTo address at: 3501 Jack Northrop Avenue Ste # Ann918, Hawthorne, CA 90250. You need to take immediate action, meanwhile i will be reporting this issued to Law Enforcement. When I checked your address on google, I saw you have several scammers using your shipping service to re-route the package to other countries. It seems to me that either you have an employee covering for these scams in your company or you guys are not resolving these problems as you should. All I can say is that you and the scammer hackers will hear from me very soon. This is something not to be taken lightly by any victim.
